2. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account or using Mythframe, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
If the user does not accept these terms, they must stop using the service.
3. Description of the service
Mythframe is a narrative role-playing platform that uses automated and artificial intelligence systems to assist in creating and managing:
- campaigns;
- settings;
- characters;
- interactive narratives;
- combat;
- images and multimedia content;
- single-player or multiplayer experiences.
Mythframe is an evolving project. Features, limits, and operating methods may change during development.
4. Account creation and security
Users must provide accurate information and keep their account secure.
Users may sign in using:
- username or email address and password;
- a Google account;
- a Discord account.
When Google or Discord is used, Mythframe does not receive the provider's password.
The user is responsible for:
- the security of their devices;
- the confidentiality of their credentials;
- activities performed through their account;
- keeping their email address up to date;
- promptly reporting unauthorized access.
Users may not transfer, sell, or systematically share their account with third parties.
5. Usage requirements
Mythframe is not intended for children under the age of 14.
Anyone who does not have full legal capacity must use the service with the authorization and supervision of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.
Users must also comply with the age requirements established by Google, Discord, Stripe, and any other services used.
6. User conduct
Mythframe may not be used to:
- engage in illegal activities;
- violate third-party rights;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- circumvent limits, controls, or security systems;
- interfere with operation of the service;
- automate requests abusively;
- impersonate others;
- harass, threaten, or harm other users;
- publish third parties' personal data without authorization;
- generate or distribute content whose creation or distribution is prohibited by law;
- use the service for fraud, spam, or manipulation.
Mythframe may apply temporary restrictions or suspend or close accounts used in violation of these rules.
7. User content
Users retain the rights to original content they enter into the service.
By submitting content, the user grants Mythframe a limited, non-exclusive license solely as necessary to:
- store it;
- process it;
- display it to the user and any authorized participants;
- send it to necessary technical service providers;
- generate requested responses, images, audio, or other elements;
- perform backups and security operations.
This license ends when the data is deleted, without prejudice to temporary backups and legal obligations.
The user represents that they have the necessary rights to uploaded content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property, confidentiality, or personal rights of third parties.
8. Third-party works and intellectual property
Mythframe may allow users to create campaigns inspired by well-known genres, works, or settings.
Users are responsible for their use of references to third-party works and must comply with applicable copyright, trademark, and other rights.
The availability of narrative tools does not constitute authorization to publish, commercialize, or distribute protected content belonging to third parties.
Mythframe is not affiliated with or sponsored by the owners of works that users may reference, unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Artificial intelligence-generated content
Automatically generated content may:
- be inaccurate;
- be inconsistent;
- contain errors;
- produce unexpected results;
- accidentally resemble existing content;
- fail to meet the user's expectations.
Users must review content before using or sharing it.
Mythframe does not guarantee that generated content is original, complete, error-free, or suitable for professional, medical, legal, financial, or other purposes.
The service is intended for entertainment and is not a substitute for professional advice.
10. Multiplayer features
In shared campaigns, some content may be visible to other authorized participants.
Users should avoid entering confidential or personal data they do not wish to share.
The creator or manager of a campaign may have additional features related to participants, invitations, and session status.
11. Plans, subscriptions, and purchases
Mythframe may offer:
- free accounts;
- subscriptions;
- credits;
- packages;
- digital products;
- promotional or complimentary codes.
Prices, duration, renewal terms, limits, and included content are displayed before purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Users are also subject to the payment provider's applicable terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically when indicated during purchase. Users may request or carry out cancellation using the features available on the account page.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically delete the account.
Any mandatory consumer rights recognized by applicable law remain unaffected. Requests concerning payments or refunds may be sent to assistenza@mythframe.it.
12. Service availability
Mythframe is provided subject to current technical availability.
The service is not guaranteed to be continuously available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
The following may occur:
- maintenance;
- interruptions;
- slowdowns;
- changes to external APIs;
- unavailability of artificial intelligence providers;
- network or hosting issues;
- changes to or removal of features.
Where reasonably possible, Mythframe will seek to reduce the duration and impact of interruptions.
13. Limits and proper use of resources
Accounts may be subject to limits relating to:
- number of campaigns;
- characters;
- messages;
- AI generations;
- images;
- audio;
- credits;
- storage or request frequency.
Users may not circumvent these limits through multiple accounts, automation, or technical manipulation.
14. Third-party services
Mythframe uses or may use services provided by third parties, including:
- Google;
- Discord;
- Stripe;
- OpenAI;
- hosting, email, and push-notification providers.
Operation of some features depends on the availability and terms of those providers.
Mythframe does not fully control external services and is not responsible for interruptions or changes attributable solely to those parties, subject to the limits established by law.
15. Account suspension and closure
Mythframe may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to:
- protect the service or other users;
- investigate suspicious activity;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- comply with legal obligations;
- stop violations of these Terms.
Where possible and appropriate, users will be informed of the reason for suspension.

16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mythframe is not liable for:
- decisions made on the basis of artificial intelligence-generated content;
- loss of opportunities or indirect outcomes;
- content entered or shared by users;
- violations committed by users;
- interruptions caused by external providers;
- data loss caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. Changes to the service and Terms
Mythframe may update the service and these Terms for technical, organizational, legal, or security reasons.
The updated version will be published on this page with the relevant date.
In the event of material changes, users may be notified through the website or the email address associated with their account.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Users acting as consumers remain entitled to any mandatory protections and rules on territorial jurisdiction established by the laws of their country of residence.
